There are two types of structural certification and in Queensland these are the Form 15 and Form 12. A Form 15 is required to be provided to confirm that the elements have been designed in accordance with the Australian Standards. A Form 12 is then required to confirm that the elements have been constructed in accordance with a design or to the Australian Standards.
