Property Condition Report Services
A building condition survey or dilapidation report is an assessment of the current condition of the property where your home will be built. The property condition survey is generally completed prior to the commencement of works in close proximity to the structure to ensure the building conditions of the dwelling or structure are observed prior to beginning construction.
If required, JHA can refer a professional opinion on the likely cause of any damage observed and recommend the most appropriate methods to rectify the concern.
Our Different Types Of Property, Home, And Building Condition Reports
Visual Assessment
As the name suggests this is a visual assessment of the area followed by a report outlining the defects noted and photos of the defects.
Standard Assessment
Our standard assessment provides a full video record of all visible defects of the relevant structures. The files are delivered in a USB Flash Drive format. All video recordings include audio commentary along with an itemised report, listing any building defects identified onsite.
This building condition survey format however does not include a detailed report outlining the defects noted. Clients can extract screenshots of defects from the video footage at a later date if required.
Itemised Assessment
